We minimise waste and put all our resources to optimum use by using compostable containers, biodegradable or multiple-use plastics, and by sourcing used ceramic crockery, furniture and catering equipment. As far as possible, we source fresh produce that is local, seasonal, surplus food, and food that has been produced ethically and responsibly. We also welcome surplus food from garden and allotment growers.
